Credit card details may be required when making an appointment, if it is your first time to have a treatment with us, in the case of online bookings, payment details will not be taken online. Instead, a member of staff will be in touch to confirm your appointment, answer any questions you may have, and take payment details at that point.

We request 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment otherwise a 50% cancellation charge will be applied without notification.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time as a prompt schedule is adhered to.
